Tre was outstanding from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help me get into a car the same day I needed one, and he made the entire process feel smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out for me. He even stepped in to help the detailing crew so my car could be ready quicker, which really showed his dedication and work ethic. That extra effort made a huge difference and did not go unnoticed. Tre is a major reason I had such a great experience at Straub Hyundai, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will definitely be using Straub Hyundai for my next upgrade, and I hope to have Tre as my sales guy again when that time comes.

We recently bought our new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe from Straub Hyundai. We worked with Nick and Mike and they were amazing to work with. Extremely informative and helpful. We left from A&B Kia with unhappy results. Working with Straub was so much easier. It was a quick process to work the numbers and get way better results for exactly the car we wanted. We went on a whim to look at cars. No intention to buy, but Theo was so great that we ended up buying a new Elantra! He listened to what we were looking for in price, gas mileage, and my color request (I love white cars). He showed us different brands with different packages that were within our price range, different colors but also included white, and we test drove the ones at the top of the list. He was very patient to our requests and billion of questions that we gave him. If he didn't know he was quick to find out. Staff was great all around and they took care of us! We'll definitely come back.

Buying out of state worried me at first but it went well! The reason I bought from Straub was they had a rare sports truck in stock that I was curious about. We spoke on the phone, arranged a small down payment, then I mailed a check for the rest. The sales part went very smooth and my truck was here a week or so after the check cleared. Titling was a different matter. I had no way to show that the check was drawn from my savings so they added a lien in Straub's finance department. A single call to my bank got that cleared up. No used vehicle is without it's faults. Mine needed some piping to the transmission replaced...but the cost of this added to the purchase price was still in line with what the truck is worth. As mentioned the truck was shipped. It arrived exactly as described save for the transmission leak, which I would not have noticed on a dealer lot (and it was fixable too). The truck was immaculately detailed and painstakingly documented with photos and the CarFax report. I'm not sure what they detailed it with but it seems to resist dust and grime well even six months later. If you find your dream car online and it's here, buy it, you won't regret it!
